Nusakamera is a camera equipment rental shop that is developing its business to become an affordable and complete camera rental place. Their transaction system is done manually, using receipts without a valid database to find out the status of the camera. One time they experienced an obstacle when there were customers who wanted to rent a camera. Nusakamera found it difficult to know the status of whether the camera has been rented back or not, even to find out the status of the camera takes approximately 1 hour. And sometimes within the waiting period, the customer cancels to rent on nusakamera because it takes too long. For the business side of course this is detrimental to nusakamera. Therefore, nusakamera contacted us to make a rental system with realtime status reporting through the following process :

We discussed with Nusakamera about the obstacles they faced and their desires. After we understand very well what Nusakamera needs, we propose a solution based on a formula that has been successful, which we though adjusts each client's conditions specifically for them. The solutions we propose include the initial steps for change *, rough design, flow and UI on paper, estimated time taken and estimated costs. After Nusakamera agrees then continues to the next stage.


NB: The initial step of this change is important, not all changes are good. The good and bad of a change depends on how we manage it. For this reason, we not only provide IT solutions, but also teach and contribute to the optimal use of IT, not over budget, not destroying existing systems, not complicating its users, not adding to the burden of companies that use them.


Payment
Nusakamera can proceed to stage 2 after creating a bikbuk account and replenishing balance. There is no minimum limit for charging balance.

The picture of flow and UI design on paper in the above process is then poured into digital form. The result of this process is a static web that can be clicked on and with a design that will be the same as the original results later, around 80% -100%. We then give this design to Nusakamera for review, if there are no further changes we will proceed to the next stage.

Payment
The balance used to design will be reduced according to the number of hours used, if the balance has run out then the process is stopped

The web / app development process starts from 3 days - 4 weeks according to the agreed design. After the web / app is complete, we provide a link for Nusakamera to access the demo version for the web or prototype beta version for Android / IOS. Nusakamera can propose changes or improvements, changes can be in the form of design flow, display design, animation effects, or others. If it is suitable and wants to be used, then the web / app is prepared to be uploaded to the production server in the next process.

Payment
Same as number 2 if the balance has run out then the process is stopped

Before we upload the Nusakamera web / app to the production server, we provide several options for you.
1. Server: Nusakamera can use the server they have, or rent another server, but we recommend that each of our clients use a bikbuk server, see features.
2. Domain: Nusakamera can use the domain they have, or order a domain with us, or use a free domain bikbuk for example nusakamera.bikbuk.com.
3. Testing: Nothing is perfect in this world, including our software, we provide options for Nusakamera whether to use our testing services to find errors / bugs or search for themselves.
After Nusakamera made a choice, our team uploaded the web / app to the production server.


Payment
Same as number 2 and if Nusakamera uses additional 3rd party services such as private domains, sms gateway services, payment gateways, etc. then the balance will be reduced according to the price amount (we do not take advantage of 3rd party service purchase transactions, our profit is only of the number of hours needed to setup if any).

There is no software that is perfect and free of bugs, if after using Nusakamera finds some bug in the system if the bug is not a big problem, Nusakamera can ignore it, if the bug can interfere with the process, Nusakamera can propose bug fixes. This bug fix will reduce Nusakamera's balance therefore leaving a sufficient amount of balance.
If on the 4th process Nusakamera uses our testing services, we provide a guarantee for 2 months from the move of the app / web to production. If there are still bugs, then we will fix the bug for free as long as Nusakamera does not make changes to the system afterwards. Read further conditions FAQ
